Anchored by noodle luminaries Daikaya, Toki Underground, and Chaplin’s, guests also got tasty dishes from Thip Kao, Purple Patch, and Yona. It was also a beautiful day to step outside to visit food trucks from Donburi and PhoWheels. And who could forget the delightful deserts from SnoCream Company and Toli Moli?
Thirsty foodies got to wash it all down with first taste of Shrub District flavors Strawberry Dill and Just Grapefruit.
1 part Dolin Rouge
2 parts Shrub District Just Grapefruit
3 parts Mezcal El Silencio
4 parts coconut water
Mix: Make a big hunk of ice. Put ice in punch bowl. Compound punch over ice. Grate some nutmeg on top. Dip, sip, party!
